Dart T60C dry release agent is a release product prepared from silicon synthetic
release agent and high-purity solvent. The demoulding effect is good, and the surface
of the finished product is not easy to produce "oil flower" phenomenon, which is
especially suitable for demoulding transparent products.

● Before spraying, the mold surface usually needs to be cleaned and dried with cleaning agent. After cleaning, it can be dried by filtered dry compressed air or dried by a dryer at 120-170℃.
● Before use, please shake the can body up and down properly to shake the product evenly, so as to make the sprayed mist more uniform.
● When spraying, press the nozzle so that the nozzle is about 15-30cm away from the object for vertical spraying (the distance and spraying amount can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the workpiece and the spraying area).
