Dart YD100 white antirust agent is prepared from a variety of antirust compounding
agents, film-forming agents and refined mineral oil. It has good antirust performance,
long antirust time and strong resistance to water leaching, and is especially suitable
for long-term antirust of ferrous metals in harsh environments such as high salinity
and high humidity.
●Excellent antirust performance, which can provide indoor antirust period of more than 5 years.
●Excellent outdoor anti-rust ability, which can also guarantee a long anti-rust period in humid environment.
●Good adhesion, not falling off due to metal impact or thermal expansion and contraction.
● It conforms to the EU RoHS environmental protection directive, and the nontoxic ring is non-corrosive and pollution-free to the environment.
● Before spraying antirust agent, the surface of the sprayed object should be cleaned with cleaning agent (such as Darby 355 cleaning agent) and the surface should be dried. After cleaning, it can be dried by filtered dry compressed air or dried by a dryer at 120-170℃.
● Before use, please shake the can body up and down properly to shake the product evenly, so as to make the sprayed mist more uniform.
● When spraying, press the nozzle so that the nozzle is about 30cm away from the object for vertical spraying, and move it evenly or spray it for many times to form a white antirust film on the surface of the workpiece.
● After spraying, place the workpiece in a ventilated and dry environment for 24 hours.
