WOT905 Ejector Pin Grease is a white paste specially developed for high-frequency reciprocating and sliding components in injection molds, such as ejector pins and ejector sleeves. Formulated with hydrocarbon-based oil, fatty acid soap thickeners, and specialized additives, it offers stable chemical properties and is well suited for routine mold production conditions.
The product has passed rust and copper corrosion tests, providing effective protection for metal components in molds. It helps reduce the risk of dry friction, sticking, and scoring of ejector pins, while reducing downtime and maintenance frequency and extending the service life of mold components. The grease also offers good biodegradability, helping reduce environmental impact when properly disposed of. It is not classified as dangerous goods for transportation, making procurement, storage, and transportation more convenient.
During use, ensure adequate ventilation in the work area and keep the product away from heat sources above 50°C and open flames. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact and use basic personal protective equipment as appropriate.
