880/990 Lead-Free, Eco-Friendly Flux Remover is a high-performance cleaning agent designed primarily for removing rosin, solder paste, and flux residues from PCBs and circuit boards. It also effectively cleans resin, grease, and other contaminants. The formula has minimal impact on electronic components.

It evaporates completely, dries quickly without the need for wiping, and leaves no residue after cleaning. This product serves as an ideal replacement for fluorocarbon-based solvents, as it contains no ozone-depleting substances such as CFCs, nor toxic compounds like toluene.

Truly Eco-Friendly, Safer for You

The product contains no toxic substances such as benzene or n-hexane, eliminating the risk of occupational diseases at the source. It provides comprehensive protection for operators’ health, ensuring safer cleaning operations with complete peace of mind.

Strong Cleaning with Excellent Compatibility

It offers powerful dissolving capabilities, quickly breaking down rosin, solder residue, and adhesives on circuit boards. At the same time, it is highly compatible with most plastic materials, ensuring no damage to components during the cleaning process—effective cleaning without compromising integrity.

Fast Evaporation, Zero Residue

With exceptional fast-evaporating properties, the cleaning agent leaves the board surface clean, dry, and residue-free after use. This eliminates the risk of secondary contamination caused by residual cleaner, ensuring the board remains in optimal condition for reliable performance.

Usage Guide

A variety of cleaning methods can be used, including ultrasonic cleaning, steam cleaning, foam cleaning, spray cleaning, and manual cleaning.

Ultrasonic cleaning time: 4–6 minutes; drying time: 4–6 minutes at 65°C.

Manual brushing method: Dip the circuit board in the solvent for a moment, then brush it with a brush. For boards with rosin and flux residues, this helps accelerate the dissolution of rosin and removal of flux.

Ultrasonic cleaning: Generally, place the circuit board in a fixture to prevent damage to electronic components caused by ultrasonic vibration, then place it into the ultrasonic cleaning tank. Determine the appropriate ultrasonic frequency and cleaning time.
