S-102 Transparent Rust Inhibitor (also known as Vapor Phase Rust Inhibitor)
is an excellent dry-type anti-rust spray.
Main Features:Dry, oil-free, transparent and colorless.
Application Range:Mainly used for mirror-finish molds, high-gloss metal products, high-precision measuring tools, instruments, cutters, tools and mechanical parts.
Especially suitable for rust prevention of oil-repellent mold products during storage and sealed bag packaging.It forms a solid film on the mold surface and creates an anti-rust vapor layer around it, providing dual protection for the mold.
High Safety:Free from nitrites and nitrates such as dicyclohexylammonium nitrite.
Greatly reduces mold preparation time.The rust inhibitor completely vaporizes after 3 shots (for colorless products) or 7 pre-shots (for colored products).
No seepage from ejector pins and slides, and no oil contamination on molded parts.
Shortens secondary processing time.Painting, printing, bonding and other secondary operations can be performed starting from the 1st or 2nd shot of the molding die.

Directions for Use:Clean and dry the mold thoroughly before use.Shake the vaporizable rust inhibitor well.Hold the can upright and spray 200–300 mm away from the surface.
